Under his leadership, Glam Media has grown from a tiny startup in 2005 with a reach of 100,000 monthly unique visitors, a network of 12 publishers and its owned and operated site Glam.com, to become the #1 web property for women online and #8 in the Top 10 US Web Properties in the US, with nearly 90 million unique visitors a month and a network of 2,000+ publishers. A technology industry veteran, Arora is a serial entrepreneur who was at Apple Computer in its early years and was CEO of NetObjects, where he drove the creation of the first website-building product, NetObjects Fusion that was used to create over 50 million web sites. Arora also currently serves as chairman of Information Capital LLC, a venture-capital fund based in Woodside, CA, that invests in leading-edge "big idea companies" in consumer publishing, media, and technology. Jack Rotolo, President, North America Rotolo is responsible for strategy and guiding the day-to-day operations for Glam North America. Rotolo built the original sales team at Glam Media that helped propel the company's strong launch in 2005. Ernie Cicogna, President and Co-Founder, Glam International Cicogna has more than 30 years of experience in financial and operational management and has been instrumental in all funding negotiations at Glam Media. His career has taken him from startups to Fortune 100 companies including IBM, NetObjects, Turbolinux, and NXN as well as a successful IPO. Cicogna has also led several operational teams in Nice, France; Hong Kong; Tokyo, Japan; and Rome, Italy and he now runs the Glam Media International organization from London. His strong background in international relations and acquisitions has played a significant role in the growth of Glam worldwide. |

Jeanne Seeley, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer As CFO of Glam Media, Seeley is responsible for global oversight and management of corporate financial strategy to help the company achieve its business objectives and continue expanding its operations domestically and internationally. Seeley is a seasoned finance executive and brings more than 30 years of diverse finance and operating experience at large and small companies. She began her career in Silicon Valley at Apple Computer, Inc., where she spent 16 years, rising to Vice president, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Subsequently she has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for numerous public companies, including Occam Networks, Quantum DSS Corporation, Snap Appliances, Inc., a spin out of Quantum and PalmSource Inc. She also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Access Co, Ltd, a publicly traded Japanese company that was acquired by PalmSource in 2005. In addition to managing financial and accounting functions, Seeley's experience has focused on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives, acquisition negotiation and integration management. |

Jason Rosenthal, Executive Vice President, Products and General Manager of Ning Rosenthal joined Glam Media after the company's acquisition of Ning and is responsible for leading Glam's social platform strategy and the Ning business unit. As the CEO of Ning, Rosenthal led a highly successful transition to a subscription-based business model that increased Ning's paying customers from 17,000 to more than 100,000 in just over a year. Prior to Ning, Rosenthal was Vice President of Hewlett Packard Software's Business Service Automation product line, the fastest growing business within HP, through its $1.65 billion acquisition of Opsware, which he joined as the first employee in 1999. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Opsware's Server Automation Products, Rosenthal led all aspects of product development, marketing and engineering for the company's flagship product line that generated $150 million in annual revenue. Before Opsware and Loudcloud (Opsware's predecessor company), Rosenthal served as Director of Product Management for America Online's E-commerce Platform Division through AOL's $4.2 billion acquisition of Netscape. Rosenthal holds a B.A. in history from Pomona College where he also serves on the Board of Trustees and received his M.B.A. from Stanford Business School. |

Yukihiro Yamamura, Senior Vice President, Glam Media and CEO, Glam Japan An Internet pioneer in Japan, Yamamura has focused on the brand advertising market and launched one of the leading portals and women's destination sites in Japan. As CEO of DoubleClick Japan, he set up the first Internet advertising media network service in Japan. In 2002, Yamamura launched Excite as a subsidiary of Itochu Corporation and managed it as a separate, publicly listed entity. In addition, he managed Excite Japan's business strategy, IPO in Japan, increase in sales revenue and user base expansion. During his tenure as CEO, Excite Women Japan became the country's number one Web property for women. Earlier in his career, Yamamura managed business development and sales divisions for Trans Cosmos, Inc., an IT and marketing services company. Erin Matts, Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Marketing Officer In her new role as Chief Digital Marketing Officer of Glam Media, Matts is responsible for furthering the company’s vision of providing a platform for brand marketers to engage with passionate social communities in more meaningful ways across all digital channels. Matts is a veteran of the brand advertising industry, with a background that spans executive agency and leading global brand positions. Prior to joining Glam Media, she served as the Global Director, Digital Connections at Anheuser-Busch In-Bev (AB In-Bev) where she was tasked with elevating the brewer’s consumer position and engagement on all digital platforms. Prior to AB In-Bev, she led the U.S. digital media practice for OMD, the largest media agency in the U.S., playing major roles in helping the agency to be recognized by Ad Age as Agency of the Year in 2008 and 2009. |

Alison Kennedy, Senior Vice President, Sales, North America East Region Kennedy is a seasoned internet sales veteran with more than 9 years of sales experience in the women's lifestyle space. Previously with Scripps Interactive for 8 years, she was among a handful of people to launch their Interactive Team. During her last 3 years at Scripps, Kennedy managed the NY Sales team where she consistently over-achieved sales quotas and experienced great year over year growth. Kennedy joined Glam in January '08 where she helped launch and create the strategy for Glam Living. Kennedy is now responsible for managing Glam's East Coast Sales team across all verticals. |

Christine Clark, Senior Vice President, Sales, North America Central Region and Country Manager, Canada Clark brings 18 years of Sales Management experience to Glam Media. She has a track record of building first class media sales organizations while delivering record revenue growth. Most recently Chris was Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for fast growing retargeting experts, Dotomi, Inc. Prior to that she was Senior Vice President of Sales and Services for Q Interactive where she led the company to record revenue and profit levels. She began her Sales career with the Nestle Food Company. Rachel Wintner, Vice President, Sales, Southwest Region Wintner, a digital media and advertising sales leader, joins Glam Media with more than ten years of marketing and advertising sales experience within digital media companies. Prior to Glam, Wintner was most recently Associate Publisher of Style.com at Condé Nast Digital, and also served as Fashion Director, Advertising Manager and West Coast Advertising Director. Before joining Condé Nast Digital, Wintner handled marketing at Wiley Publishing, Primedia, and 24/7 Real Media. She began her career at Lifetime Television. Jennifer Salant, Senior Vice President, Glam Publisher Network As Senior Vice President of Glam Publisher Network and Business Development, Salant is responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of the Glam publisher network as well as developing other strategic relationships for Glam Media. Salant comes to Glam Media after more than seven years with iVillage, where she led the business development team and oversaw secondary advertising revenue, licensing agreements, and digital commerce. Roxanne Brady, Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer Brady brings 20 years of experience in the Silicon Valley to Glam Media. She has held senior finance positions at both private and public companies in software, biotech, and manufacturing. Victor Zaud, Senior Vice President, Applications and Global Creative Director Victor has helped conceive, shape, design, and build some of the most notable technology products in use from companies including Arena Solutions, Dell, J2 Communications, Microsoft and PureStorage. Before starting the strategic design and technology firm, Zaudhaus, Vic was the Director of Product Design at NetObjects, a leading Web-Authoring Software company where he was responsible for the product development of NetObjects Fusion. Under his direction, NetObjects Fusion won numerous awards for outstanding user-interface design including the prestigious IDSA Gold award (Industrial Design Society of America) and four patents for Internet-related technologies. Prior to starting NetObjects, Vic was a principal designer and business consultant for The Understanding Business (TUB), a design & business consulting company in San Francisco. Sal Arora, Senior Vice President, Consumer Products Sal Arora is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years experience. Prior to joining Glam Media, Arora served in various engineering leadership roles at Microsoft. As Director of Engineering, Microsoft, Arora lead the development of the multi device strategy and experiences for Microsoft Mediaroom, the world's largest IPTV platform. Arora was responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and shipping Mediaroom experiences on Windows Phone 7, Windows 7 Media Center, Silverlight, and Xbox, in deep collaboration with various Microsoft product, design, and commercial groups. Prior to that, Arora was the Country Director for Microsoft TV in India, responsible for the deployment of Microsoft TV's software and service solutions in India. Before joining Microsoft, Arora spent many years in early stage companies in executive leadership and technology strategy roles. Arora was co-founder and CEO of ibizu, an early stage social networking company creating online collaborative spaces based on social functions. Navdeep Saini, Senior Vice President, Ad Products and Engineering As Senior Vice President, Ad Products and Engineering at Glam, Saini leads ad product management and development across Glam Media. Saini has extensive experience building and scaling products, platforms and teams in the online advertising and marketing industry and has held a variety of software development and management roles at different corporations in the U.S. and India. Most recently he was Chief Technology Officer at Permuto (now Buysight), a company that builds dynamic display advertising platform for e-commerce merchants. Prior to Permuto, Saini was Vice President, Engineering at Yahoo for three years in the Search and Advertising Technologies group. Anne Driscoll, Group Vice President, Product Marketing Driscoll manages product marketing for the company's social and advertising products. She joined Glam Media from Ning where she led marketing and business operations. Prior to joining Ning, Driscoll led communications and brand initiatives at Google, creating programs to support culture, establish it as a great place to work, and drive the global talent strategy. Driscoll led several cross-Google brand projects including the YouTube Symphony Orchestra, Google Code Jam and Innovate or Die. In addition, she worked closely with Google's international offices developing go to market strategies and supported the hiring of talent worldwide. Before Google, Anne was the Director of Product Management at GNX, a global B2B platform delivering sourcing and collaboration solutions for retailers, and a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting specializing in retail and supply chain clients. Jane Loring, Vice President and Managing Director, Glam UK Loring is responsible for managing the Glam Media UK organization including Sales, Publishers/Editorial, Marketing and Ad Operations. A digital sales veteran, Loring was most recently Director of Specialist Sales at Microsoft Advertising one of the leading digital teams in the UK. Under Loring's watch MSN was nominated for Media Week Sales Team of the Year. Her focused expertise on Women in Digital began at handbag.com where she was responsible for commercial strategy and driving revenue to profitability that ultimately led to the sale of the company. Prior to that, Loring spent ten years at IBM technology sales before entering the digital space. |

Marc Andreessen, Director Marc Andreessen will join Glam Media's Board of Directors after the company's acquisition of Ning officially closes later this year. Andreessen is co-founder and a general partner of Andreessen Horowitz, a venture capital firm founded in July 2009, and co-founder and Chairman of Ning, Inc., an online platform founded in 2004 for people to create their own social networks. From 1999 to July 2007, he served as Chairman of Opsware, Inc., a software company that he co-founded. From March 1999 to September 1999, Andreessen served as Chief Technology Officer of America Online, Inc., a software company. Andreessen co-founded Netscape Communications Corporation, a software company, and served in various positions, including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Products from 1994 to 1999. Theresia Ranzetta, Director Theresia Ranzetta focuses primarily on internet and software investments with specific interest in social commerce, vertical media, security and consumer internet/mobile apps. Theresia was responsible for several Accel's investments which have had successful acquisition or IPO exits including AdECN (MSFT), CRS Retail Systems (EPIC), Interlace Systems (ORCL), Kosmix (WMT), PeopleSupport (PSPT), Xoopit (YHOO) and Zimbra (YHOO); and was part of the Walmart.com (WMT) investment team. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies in both the consumer internet (Glam Media, LearnVest, ModCloth, Trulia) and security sectors (Imperva, TRUSTe, Webroot). Prior to joining Accel Partners, she was founding Vice President of Business Development & Sales at Release Software, a venture-backed company that developed products to enable digital rights management and payment technologies for the software industry.
